The Happy Days house is located only a few miles from great Lake Michigan beaches and canoeing down the Platte River. The famous Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes are located only 20 minutes away along a beautiful ride up M-22. A great day trip to "The Cherry Capital of the World" Traverse City is only 30 miles away. You can also explore the area and visit many of the great wineries, golf courses and shops our area's little towns have to offer.

Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
