The main level features a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, deck access with seasonal views of the valley and wooded/ski trails below, and is finished with a half bathroom. The first bedroom is the primary with an en suite bathroom and deck to take in morning views. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.
Venturing up to the third level of this home, there is a comfortable sitting loft complete with a smart TV (an excellent hideaway for the kids).
This home has AC in two out of three bedrooms, keeping the home adequately cool in the summer months. It’s located just up the skill hill from the Queeche Club and Queeche shops and restaurants, and just a 10-minute drive along the Ottaquechee River to Woodstock.

The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.
Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
