The guest house has peaceful lakefront views from all windows. 2 steps at front entrance. Full kitchen and large open space. Large open windows with black out shades. Near St Simon or Jekyll Islands and Savannah. Clean.
There is a patio with lounge chairs and porch with chairs.
The large great room has queen bed and 2 small futons for a smaller size adult or older child. They will be too small for larger or taller adult.
It comfortably sleeps 2 adults on queen bed.
The kitchen has microwave, small coffee maker, apartment size oven and stove top and apartment size refrigerator/ freezer. Ice trays and holder in freezer. There is a small kitchen table and a desk in the kitchen area. Dishes for 4 are in kitchen both glass and plastic.
Basic cooking utensils and pots/pans.

We do have 2 dogs on the property. They are very friendly with people including children but do not like other animals so other animals would not be safe on property.
