Come relax at our newly renovated lakefront home on Gregg Lake! Our spacious and modern home is located on a quiet cove of this 200 acre lake that boasts a variety of fun water activities. Enjoy the use of our kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boat or try your luck at catching some local bass with our fishing rods! You will also love the scenic sunsets you can view from our large deck that overlooks the lake. Tons of amenities included so that we can make your stay comfortable and stress free.
Outdoor activities:
-We own two kayaks, two ISLE paddle boards, a peddle boat, numerous floats, and plenty of life jackets in various sizes (including kids and a pet one). There are two adult fishing rods as well as two kids fishing rods and a limited tackle box.
-Kids water table and kiddie pool available.
-Large back deck that overlooks the lake and a balcony off of the master bedroom. Weber grill available and propane included (as well as all grill utensils).
-We have a brand new, large dock that was placed in 2022. You can launch kayaks, fish from the dock and dock a boat here as well (that can be launched from Gregg Lake Beach less than 1 mile from our property
-We live on a quiet dirt road that is walkable, you can also walk to a nearby beach: Gregg Lake Beach that has a sandy beach with volleyball, swings, picnic tables and a separate area for dogs. You can also park here for $10.
-There are hiking trails within a 20-45 min drive
-We have an outdoor fire pit and free wood available on site (we also include fire starters and lighters)
Indoor Amenities
-We have everything you need from towels and linens to high quality shampoo and soaps. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook or bake whatever you’d like.
-Kids: we have one high chair and one fast chair (chair that hooks onto the kitchen countertop). Kids plates/ bibs. One pack and play and a second upon request. Also on request we can have a bassinet insert/changing table and baby bath. We have Aveeno baby soap and lotion. Plenty of baby/kids toys and books. A baby gate for the stairs and a corral. We also have a radio flyer wagon with a sun shade that has two seat belts. We vacation often to our property and have three small kids, so this house is very well equipped for children!

-Antrim is a small but quaint town that has a few restaurants, small market, gas stations Dunkin’ Donuts and some antique shops.
-There are plenty of restaurants/shops/convenience stores and larger supermarket within 15-30 min of Antrim. Please message for more details
NOTE: There are a fair amount of stairs on our property and the driveway is very steep. A 4WD vehicle is needed to access the driveway. You can also park up to three cars on the road if you do not have a 4WD vehicle and use the stairs to walk down to the property. To get down to the lake you have to be able to walk down stairs.
