Yay! We have wifi!
Our property is for those who enjoy the outdoors! We are located on groomed ATV state managed trails (you do not need to trailer your bikes, just unload them here and drive!)1000's of acres of hunting land (see the map, all the green area is public land).
The main attraction is our property, for you all that just want to sit and listen to nature, this is the spot! You will be lucky to see any more than 6 cars drive by, it's very peaceful.
We have a fire pit out front for you to kick back and enjoy. We also have some modern amenities which include wifi, shower and tub.
For those rainy days we have an awesome rec room (Man Cave) to play in with a pool table, dart boards, arcade game, poker table and a 70" tv...check out the pictures!
The upstairs bedroom that sleeps 5 has air conditioning!!
Attractions within 25 mins of camp:
Excellent Upland Grouse Hunting!! All state land next to camp.
The Green Bay if you are wanting to troll for Browns, Salmon or Walleye (Marina located in Cedar River). There are inland lakes for Bass, Pike, Perch and Gills. And the Menominee River which has excellent bass fishing!
For the golfer or gambler we have Sweetgrass Golf Course (a Symetra Tour stop) which is attached to the Island Resort and Casino. In 2018 they are opening a 2nd championship course!
DeYoung Family Zoo - a zoo like no other!
DeBacker Family Dairy, a small farm that you can buy their ice cream, cheese etc and feed some cows or goats depending on what is out. (Is just a quick little stop to check out)
Shakey Lakes Campground or Wells State Park both have beaches and parks to go to with the family.
For groceries etc the closest town is about 20 mins (Stephenson).
Pets are welcome but please scoop the poop.
For sleeping, the upper level has 3 beds that sleep 5 (it's 1 larger room w/ a twin, double and queen), the main floor has 2 futons (both are doubles) that sleep 2 each and in the recreation room there is a comfortable couch along with plenty of room for blow up beds if you have more than 10.
