This is a quiet, charming former One Room School House on property with stream, waterfall and swimming hole. Enjoy peak leaf season/ ski season/ any season. Fireplace and porch. Hiking trails adjacent to property. Located halfway between Stratton Mountain and Mt. Snow.
The house was recently upgraded with a new kitchen new bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. There is a full laundry room. It is a work in progress, so please understand this house is 100 years old and we are constantly improving it.
