More included space available upon inquiry. A Boat lift, 4000 lb. cap., sunning dock, sand bottom out front with no weeds.

This stand alone guest house may be additionally rented by Boat House renters to increase the size of their group up to four guests. The beautiful carriage house is offered at very minimal pricing. We do not accept pets or unaccompanied, single children in the Carriage house but we do at the Boat House. Thank you.
