There is wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in house and an attached 2 car garage. House has chocolate saltillo tile throughout, and beehive fireplace in living room. Diving pool (not heated) in huge backyard that boasts several palm trees and a variety of very attractive cactii and other desert plants and bushes. Nice patio area right outside living room doors leading to landscaped backyard enclosed by privacy fence. 5 minute drive to downtown fountain hills and fountain. Old town Scottsdale is less than a half hour drive and Sky Harbour airport is a half hour drive. Very quiet neighbourhood, and area is surrounded by world class golfing , hiking and biking. Fantastic place to relax and take in the sunshine.
