Enjoy a cozy and relaxing getaway at our Forest Lake Cove. This beautiful space is newly renovated and furnished to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay in a quiet location with walk up lake access. Additionally, we are minutes away from the heart of downtown Forest Lake. We look forward to you enjoying this space!
The space
Our space offers three bedrooms and one bath. All of the bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds and mattresses that sleeps six guests. Our living room area houses a new sofa couch and a sofa sleeper that can sleep an additional two guests if desired. Furthermore, our living room space contains an electric fireplace and a 43" Smart TV for a cozy and relaxing evening.
We offer new appliances and a remodeled kitchen to deliver a convenient and pleasant cooking/dining experience. Our new counter height dining set seats six guests, and two bar stools accompany the bar to offer seating for two additional guests if needed.
The driveway allows parking for three vehicles and the garage is available upon request for additional parking. We share a driveway with two other lake properties and our parking lot is the first lot on your right next to the garage.
We offer walk up lake access for fun on the lake in the winter or summer.
The beach area and boating dock of the Forest Lake is just minutes away. You can walk, drive, or bike. There is a bike trail approx. 4 blocks away. In the summer, you can enjoy a festival at the lake front every Tuesday evening.
We are a block or two away from local coffee shops, restaurants, stores and shops. Whether going out for coffee, dining out for the evening or making a quick grocery run, downtown Forest Lake conveniently meets all of your needs just minutes away.
Guest access
Access to the house is with a smart lock. A keypad is located on the front door for an easy keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

No smoking allowed inside the home.
No pets allowed due to allergies.
No parties allowed per Airbnb's policies.

House rules - No smoking inside or within 15ft of the house. This includes cigarettes, tobacco, cannabis, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, etc. All butts must be discarded; a fine will occur for butts left on the property or smoking inside the house.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed. Events need to be approved by us beforehand.
No food or drinks other than water in the bedrooms.
Remove all shoes at door entrances please.
Quiet hours are from 10PM – 7AM.
Do not use bath towels for cleaning up spills/messes. Use the clean rags in the cupboard next to the fridge for cleaning up please.
Please lock all exterior doors, windows, and turn off all lights before leaving the house.
