This makes our home perfect for guys fishing and golfing retreats, girls getaways, romantic weekends or just meeting up with friends or family.
We have plenty of parking for cars as well as trucks with boat trailers. We are convenient to several boat ramps if you plan on bringing your boat. If your family vacation includes watersports, we have a waterpark and marina less than 5 minutes away that rents boats, jet skis, kayaks, pontoon boats and paddle boats and also has picnic facilities.

This 2000 square foot home is designed with large windows that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The floor plan is an open concept, combining the Living Room, Kitchen with Island and Dining Room. The Living Room is a bright and roomy space featuring large windows, clerestory windows and a ceiling that rises over 20 feet high. You'll enjoy comfortable seating, cable TV with many recorded shows and movies for your entertainment as well as WIFI access. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you'll need to entertain your guests. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dish washer, refrigerator, combination wall oven / microwave oven and cooktop on the island. It also features granite countertops and under-counter lighting. This concept can accommodate 10 for dining with additional space for 4 - 6 on the deck.
Our home offers 7 comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms & can sleep 10 with room for additional air mattresses that can accommodate 6 or more. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, built - in bookshelves and ceiling fan. It has it's own Bathroom with separate tub and shower and 2 integral lavatories in the marble countertop with an adjoining walk - in closet. The 2 Guest Bedrooms share a Bath with a tub / shower combination and single integral lavatory in the marble countertop. One of the Guest Bedrooms has 2 Queen Beds with coffered ceiling and ceiling fan while the other has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4 with coffered ceiling and ceiling fan. Our guests tell us their kids love the bunks.
Located near Lake Palestine we are 3 miles from The Waterpark at the Villages, 8 miles from Tyler & many fine restaurants, the Tyler Rose Garden, Azalea Trails, Caldwell Zoo, Historic Aviation Memorial Museum at Pounds Regional Airport, New York, Texas Zipline Adventures, Canton First Monday Trades Day & many other activities this area provides.
