Walk from the covered front porch in to a comfortable open floor plan sporting hardwood and smart controls including temperature control and keyless entry. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island, and glass sliding doors out to the spacious deck. Take advantage of one floor living with a full bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms one with king the other with a queen . Upstairs you find 2 more generous sized bedrooms both with two queen beds each flooded with natural light along with another well appointed bathroom. The rear yard is perfect for creating memories either on the pristine wood deck, grassy fenced yard, or gravel fire pit lounge area overlooking the community pond (pond for viewing, not swimming). So many things to do go sailing , fishing, biking , or to the family friendly beach , hike or explore the local Eastern Wildlife Refuge. Remember " Nice people live here"
