3 bedroom two bath single family home with many updates and new beds.
Large Family room with new leather couch, ottoman, loveseat, and recliner with tv with basic direct tv, dinning room, new granite countertops, coffeemaker with coffee provided, along with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, etc.
Older home with many updates - not perfect but a work in progress - we are constantly updating things, it also has a great location and many updates. Country setting.
Included for your use while you stay in our home - 1 Standup paddle board ($100 / day value - that’s what they charge a day to rent a SUP from the marina) and life jacket included with this rental. (Available Memorial Day thru Labor Day).
4 bicycles- 1 men’s, 1 women’s, 1 boys, and 1 girls bike included for your use while staying in our home. Helmets included as well. (Bikes locally rent for $45 per day each elsewhere) here they are included (Available Memorial Day thru Labor Day)
Simplistic but functional home close to all the great outdoor attractions. (Whitewater rafting, rock climbing, horse back riding, zip lines, boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking)
Relax on the front or back porches with a cup of coffee or adult beverage of you choice.
Great fire pit in back yard great for roasting marshmallows. (We try to always have initial supply Firewood available at no additional charge)

All the initial necessities are provided for you. At no additional charge, (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels)

Just a note:
Cell service is great but Wi-Fi is very spotty so when we go we use a cell hotspot. So no Wi-Fi but who needs it when there are so many beautiful things to see and great outdoor activities to do.

This house is centrally located for all kinds of great outdoor adventures. It is an older house that has had many updates.
I have noticed that the sinks are chipped and gives the appearance that they are dirty, so that said i have the intention to change these in the near future. They are cleaned and disinfected after each and every stay as they should be.
The master bathroom was recently remodeled.
I say all of this because I want you to have realistic expectations. Most of my guests love this place, it’s locations is awesome. Please keep in mind this place is located in the country. It is not perfect, but if you want to experience the great outdoor activities that Wild Wonderful West Virginia has to offer then you will love this place.
Please note there is no internet here. I have tried for years and it just isn't available. I had hughes net and it was worse than not having any. So that being said we use our phones as hotspots and that works well.
