Relax to the max at this centrally-located home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Ann Arbor. Conveniently located just off US-23, between the University of Michigan, EMU & St. Joe's Hospital. Restaurants and shopping galore are just a few blocks away. Inside, you will find a generously sized kitchen & oversized table in the huge dining room which opens onto a patio & large fenced yard with a lovely wooden swing, grill and fire pit. The home is squeaky clean with extra cozy touches (throw blankets, fluffy pillows, and rugs) in nearly every room. Sprawl out on the lower level where there's a recreation room, work station, kids play area & laundry facilities.
The space
Each of the 3 bedrooms are generously size with ample natural light. The primary suite has a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, which are across the hall from the primary suite, share the other full bathroom. There is also a queen air mattress available for additional guests.
Guest access
The entire home is available to our guests with the exception of 1 storage room in the basement and the garage.
