The large deck overlooking the lake is an amazing spot for relaxing and "unplugging" from the stress that comes with the busy lives most of us have. Picture yourself relaxing on the (mostly shaded) large deck in the floating hammock chair, or rocking in oversized chairs while overlooking beautiful Shoal Creek! You can enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill on the patio overlooking the water.
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home has an open floor plan and sleeps 8 people. Updates have recently been completed throughout the home, so you can enjoy fresh, neutral paint colors, as well as comfortable beds and cozy furniture in the great room. Enjoy beautiful waterfront views from most areas of the home!
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.
The home is situated on a large private lot that is just minutes from town. Walmart, Publix, the mall, lots of places to shop, and many fast food restaurants, as well as dine in restaurants, are all just about a 10 minute drive.
The dock is the perfect place to fish, swim or just unwind with your family or friends. You can easily tie a boat up at the dock. There is a boat ramp and marina close......about a 5-10 minute drive by boat or car!
The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker that is both single serve (uses pods) and has a 10 cup coffee pot. We provide towels, wash clothes, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and starter size of laundry detergent, dishwasher pod, and trash bags.
