Positive: The hospitality/front desk staff members were very friendly and accommodating. After our long flight their kindness was much appreciated. Thank you.

Negative: - Housekeeping: Though we arrranged for our studio room to be tidied on a particular day,very little was done. Beds weren't made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Please consider raising the standard as what we experienced was left a lot to be desired. - Breakfast offerings: Though the dining room attendent was very kind, the offerings were scant and appeared to have been siting for a while. - Exterior: When snow and ice is exdpected salt the parking lot!! The icy pavement was exceedingly difficult to navigate without slipping and sliding.
