Summary: Good: room clean enough, HVAC sound was continuous in a good way (not distractingly intermittent) Bad: breakfast ends early (9:00), quality of food is mediocre and very institutional, lobby was very very dirty, some (but not all) of front desk staff not helpful or pleasant
