2 Bedroom Apartment in Green Valley North, Henderson
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly renovated modern apartment in Green Valley near all shops and restaurants walking distance. Gated community includes pool, gym, spa, hot tab, free parking and Club House with free wifi game room and soccer and basketball fields! 14 mins drive to the strip to all casinos shopping and restaurants I am giving other bedroom with a personal bathroom not attached to the room. All furniture is brand new. Living room and kitchen are shared with me. Located on the 2nd floor with spacious balcony ! 13 miles to the Red Rock if you like hiking. There is free washer and dryer inside the unit and free Wi Fi. This area is very safe close to a gorgeous botanical cactus garden and it's very green in general. I have 2 very well behaved cats Nala and Simba they are trained, clean and super sweet. I except small dogs that don't bark a lot we used to have one and my kitties get along with them well. We have really nice dog park too. If you need a tour around the town I can help out with that as well and take you to places.
