Review Score: 6

Summary: Room was extremely warm, with little help from the old A/C unit. The A/C unit was very loud and did not work well. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The window was unlocked, not safe for a 1st floor room. The toilet seat was broken and falling off.
