The space
High and open, with vaulted ceilings, original exposed beams, and tall east-facing windows that fill the room with morning light. The bedroom has a king bed with an upgraded memory-foam mattress and soft linens, and the living area holds a queen pull-out sofa that sleeps two more. A gas fireplace framed in original brick, a smart TV, furnace heating, and air conditioning for any season.
The kitchen is built for real cooking, a bold red kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, a gas range, cookware, and a Keurig, anchored by a large island that seats four and a full dining table.
