Welcome to our cozy abode! Nestled within a rustic farmhouse-inspired setting, our one-bedroom condo blends modern monochromatic accents with the comforts of home. Step onto the private patio to bask in the sun's warmth or take a leisurely stroll to enjoy shared amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, putting green, tennis courts, and outdoor seating areas.
This shared pool does contain a safety barrier but is not heated.
Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire for the FEE. Strictly based on availability.
Fireplace: We kindly ask that you do not utilize the wood-burning fireplace.
Pets: Currently not allowed at this time
Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.
