The whole house (Oasis backyard with Sandia 🏔 view) is for you to enjoy, relax, & spend a quality time with family. 3 mins drive to S&W swimming pool, buying a daily pass require; 5 mins drive to Osuna Golf-course; 10 mins walk to a Heritage Hill Park; close to restaurants & shopping centers, I-25, Balloon fiesta Park, PRES-now, & Tram-Ride; & close to lots of Hiking & Biking trails. 20mins to Old town & NobHill.
This 3 bedrooms home with: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins - all Memory foam beds, and a full size futon bed. This home can accommodated max of 8 people only. The home Close to PRES-now, Loveless medical Group, Optum health Care, appropriate fortravelling medical staffs, or other visitors out of states. It is very closed to Shopping centers and Restaurants, Balloon Fiesta park, Tram-ride, and access to lots of hiking and biking trails.
This home provides a fully landscaped, enclosed, Oasis backyard, covered patio, outdoor seating with beautiful Sandia Mountain view to enjoy.. Plus, front covered porch has a sitting area to enjoy the morning sun or just to relax in the evening as well.
It comes with fully stocked kitchen with Instapot, blender, tea kettle, coffee maker, cooking pots/pans, utensils, oils, spices/herbs etc. Plus high chair for a child . Each bedroom comes with dresser to keep your belongings, extra pillows/blankets. There are two garage (only one car garage available for now), and two cars driveway and free parkings on curve.
