Charming Santa Fe home just minutes from the heart of Santa Fe in a beautiful secluded setting across the street from 10,000 Waves Spa and Izanami Restaurant! Radiant heat for the winter and European mini splits being installed in April 2023. 1 king bedroom 1.5 bath with a beautiful kitchen, laundry, and a large dining and living room combination! Close to the Ski Basin, Hiking trails, and the Plaza, with plenty of parking! There's even a doggie door that leads to a fenced-in outdoor patio overlooking the arroyo! All the outdoor activities you can think of! Skiing, tubing, sledding, hiking, so many opportunities to choose from. Or just stay and relax in the peace and quiet!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
