Located on the beautiful Colorado River, this riverfront retreat is inviting you to come relax and enjoy! Keep your boat or pwc's tied off to your private dock, enjoy the water and sun on the large open deck or enjoy the shade of the covered patio.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath property with an indoor laundry room located directly on the Colorado River. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests with the use of the sofa sleeper (bring your own linens). We love our furry family members and welcome you to bring yours as well.
You can always find something to do here in Bullhead City. Of course you know about the water sports on the river and nearby Lake Mohave. You can also visit Laughlin, NV and enjoy the casinos, restaurants and shops. Take a short drive to the the old mining town of Oatman and roam the streets with the burros. Play at one of the many golf courses in the local area. If all of that sounds fun but you just want to relax, you can sit in the recliner with a good book and watch the river pass by. It's your vacation!
