With 3,000 square feet of living space, our 4 bedroom/3 bath home in the Kierland Commons area has much to offer. Comes with a private pool & a waterfall feature and no additional cost to Heat the pool. Ping pong table, pool table, Basketball challenge, board games, and TV's. Loungers and BBQ grill by the pool.
And what a great neighborhood! It is a safe and quiet area for early morning or evening walks, or for more strenuous activities such as biking or jogging. For hikers, trails are reasonably close. Grocery shopping and drug stores are within 1 block. Many excellent and popular restaurants are easily found within 5 miles. There is no shortage of great shopping: Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are within 3 miles, Desert Ridge Marketplace is 4 miles, and Fashion Square Mall about 11 miles away. And there are a ton of sightseeing and recreational activities nearby like golf, mini-golf, tennis, off-road jeep tours, the Musical Instrument Museum, galleries and other museums, seasonal events, or just visiting Old Town Scottsdale to fill one's day.
