Come and experience the getaway of a lifetime at this spacious home! You will fall in love with this retreat's incredible views and peacefulness - it's in a tranquil location, and there is ample room to roam on six acres. There are four fishing poles available. The views from the deck are simply out of this world, and sitting by the firepit on the deck is so relaxing. The deck also features a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor dining area for meals alfresco. Sometimes deer will come up in the yard! Speaking of relaxing, this retreat comes equipped with an outdoor hot tub - treat yourself to the most soothing experience whenever you come back home from downtown Pagosa about 11 miles away. You can also enjoy a game of cornhole when you want a little friendly competition.
You have two well-appointed levels inside this marvelous gem. The first floor is home to the main living space. You will find beautiful cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and floor-to-ceiling windows. The first living area features comfortable sofas surrounding a smart TV and a wood stove for winter stays. There is a second living area with two comfortable sofas and another smart TV. This is ideal for group members who want to watch different movies or series. A Playstation 4 is included for any gamers in your group. The kitchen is every cook's delight with modern stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets and countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar for three. Appliances include a spacious fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small electric oven, and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee lovers. The adjoining dining table seats up to six people comfortably.
The spacious main bedroom features a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a smart TV.

There is a water cooler near the fridge for drinking water. Do not use tap water for drinking; the home is on a cistern.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
