Hidden just within the boundaries of Adirondack Park sits our tiny, calm lake community. Our house sits on a quiet winding loop surrounded by the woods. The property sits right on the humble small body of water, Lake Gay. There is also another lake, Lake Margarite just a few minutes walk down the road. There are neighbors on either side of the property, however noise is generally very minimal. The backyard is canopied by different trees offering cool shade in the warmer months. Enjoy being a part of the lake life community!
Our two-level home offers a peaceful escape with waterfront access to the picturesque Lake Gay. It is a small, quaint lake covering approximately 10 acres and is 0.3 miles in length. As a motor-free lake, it maintains the utmost tranquility, allowing you to connect more closely with nature. Embark on fun filled kayaking and canoeing trips across its calm waters.
Upon entering the home, you'll be captivated by its elegance and pristine appeal. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the main floor, where you'll find a dining area adorned with a stunning chandelier, comfortably seating eight guests.
