This charming, century old home is nestled in the M Streets, also inside a Conservation District of Dallas. We lie just off of Lower Greenville Avenue, within walking distance of all the best restaurants, roof top bars, wineries, live entertainment and shopping. We offer an amazing back yard pool (NOT heated) and a well decorated interior.
POOL:
The pool is available for use year round, however, it is NOT a heated pool.
All guests have access to a private pool in a spacious backyard, alongside outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. There is a wrap around porch in the front of the home. We also offer a combination of upgrades and originality. The two bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all original wood flooring has been refinished.
This is a great home for families, weekend getaways, sporting events, business trips and more.
ATTENTION:
Absolutely NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties. We also do NOT allow the use of glitter or confetti inside or outside the home. Pool is NOT heated. Out of respect for our neighbors and neighborhood rules, NO loud music, swimming or yelling past 10:00PM. Unfortunately, we have had people disrespect these rules in the past and therefore we were FORCED TO END THEIR STAYS EARLY.
