PARKING:
Please note that due to the short-term rental ordinance in Santa Fe, guests must use designated off-street parking spaces whenever possible. Please only use the 2 driveway spaces in front of the unit marked “B”. Parking is NOT available in the lot with units A, C, & D. Our driveway accommodates two standard vehicles, if you have a third vehicle or larger cars that do not fit in the designated spaces, there is street parking available on El Alamo St about ½ block away. There is NO street parking allowed on the 800 block of E Palace Ave. Please help us maintain the quality short-term rental market in Santa Fe and be courteous to our neighbors by parking in the driveway at all times.
Guests must use designated off street parking spaces - which will fit 2 small/ medium vehicles. Please contact us if you will have needs for more parking.
Guests must adhere to city noise ordinance and obey quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50lbs and a $250 non-refundable pet fee - no exceptions.
