You're just steps from great restaurants and shops on Grand Ave and the charming cathedral hill neighborhood. It's a perfect central location to everything in Saint Paul! You're very close to grocery stores, coffee shops, great food & drinks and much more! Just a short Uber ride from all major sporting and concert venues, minutes from the U of M and and many of the Saint Paul colleges!
You'll have your own fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Smart TV and WiFi included. Mini crib, Pack and Play (sheets not provided) and hook on high chair also available. Large windows with lots of natural light. Front patio and large deck outback are great spots to hangout on a nice day. One bedroom has a king bed and queen in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is a large room with one queen bed and two double beds. Couch can also sleep one and queen size air mattress is available to sleep 1-2 more. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and spaces to lounge. This unit has it's own private access from the attached unit.
Please note the basement level apartment is also a rental so please be mindful of noise!
