Located in the heart of Sodus Point with access to many fun activities throughtout summer and winter months. Our cottage is 950 sq. ft ranch with a beautiful bay view. Footsteps to Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. There are dock rentals right in our back yard if you have a boat/jetski. We have a portable air conditioner for those hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs. There is a flat screen tv in main room and a small flat screen tv in both bedrooms. Includes WiFi. No cable. Some Syracuse channels through an antenna. There is room for 2 cars parked in driveway and room for more in the back public parking lot. There is a gas grill and picnic table in back with small deck.
