**This room is attached to a house but the space is kept private and completely separate from the rest of the home. There is one parking space in the driveway on the right hand side, or plenty of street parking. This unit now has a mini split to keep you at the perfect temperature all year long. We only accept SMALL dogs in this property and they CAN'T be left alone. Read below for more details.
