Beautiful, high end loft conveniently located on Thames Street in the heart of Newport! Steps away from Newport Harbor, shopping, restaurants and more. High ceilings, central ac, recently renovated and tv in every bedroom. Walk to kings park in 3 mins for sunset or a morning coffee stroll. Location location location.
The Space:
Our cozy loft features 3 comfortable guest rooms. All rooms have queen size beds, come fully accessorized with flat screen televisions, plush linens a dresser and closet along with iron. In addition to the 3 guest rooms there is a gourmet kitchen and a living area large enough to host friends before hitting the town! The loft come with one parking pass. However, there is plenty of additional parking directly across the street for $25 daily.
The lofts have been recently renovated and fully equipped jwith Sonos sound system and central A/C.
Other Things to Note:
This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $150/pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
