Casa del Sol is located on a ridge top with wonderful views of the San Juan Mountains in southern Colorado, just 5 miles from the famous Hot Springs; a great mountain getaway in the summer for hiking, biking, rafting, golf, horseback riding, animal parks and close to National Parks and Indian ruins. Located also just 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, the home has 3 bedrooms in the main house, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sun splashed living-family room with sliders leading to a very large cement patio in back with deer and turkeys visiting! Living Room with skylights with a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV; a smart TV in the master, and free wireless internet. Family room in lower level with a ping pong table, games & puzzles for kids, TV, a full bath, and two of the bedrooms each with a queen bed. A queen sofa bed is available here also. The Main level has the master bedroom with a king bed, and an additional access to the main full bath. The OPTIONAL IN- LAW SUITE available (extra cost $69/nt or $375/wk) consists of a queen bed, kitchenette, dining area and full bath with sliders to the front deck and 30ft balcony overlooking the San Juans! Awesome sunrises and incredible stargazing in this quiet, rural subdivision, but just 5 miles to town. Rear patio with 2 tables with chairs, and chaise lounges with lots of privacy, and a propane gas BBQ in season with all utensils . The San Juan River runs behind in the valley in the rear.
