This is a beautifully renovated double shotgun with huge kitchen, wood floors, sun room, porch. Very clean (5 star). This spacious home has 2200 sq ft--great size for families & larger groups. Larged dining room with table that can seat 8. All bedrooms have private entrances. You'll love the 14-foot ceilings and artistic decor, featuring Lousiana landscapes, JazzFest Posters and vintage travel art. Classy place for a very reasonable price. Guests typically say it looks even better in person than in the photos.
Note: There is some road construction happening near the house, so parking may be limited. Normally you can park right in front of the house. But with some road closures during the day, you might have to park one block away. No refunds for bad weather or roads. I have never had to park more than one block away.
