Very nicely landscaped front and backyards, covered patio & shade trees. SORRY, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES MAY BE HOSTED AT THIS HOME. ALSO, NO WEDDING ACTIVITIES AT ALL ARE ALLOWED. NO FAMILY GATHERINGS BEYOND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPENDING THE NIGHT!! OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM WILL BE ENFORCED. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, OR YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $300 CLEANING FEE!
