Welcome to your adventure headquarters—our fully renovated, comfortable modern Crosby house! We have 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 high-end luxurious bathrooms. Located directly next to the paved Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, Cuyuna State Recreational Area and snowmobile trails. You'll have access to world-class mountain biking trails, over a dozen lakes and you're just 6 blocks from downtown Crosby coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

The home is 3 bedrooms and has an open layout accommodating up to 7 people. It is furnished with 3 queen sized memory foam beds and one full-size futon sleeper sofa.
You'll have access to the entire home (except for the basement and storage room). A wifi changing entry code will be uniquely assigned to guests prior to arrival.

Inside the brand new kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need for a home-cooked meal after a day of exploring. We also have a Keurig, french press, regular coffee maker and a selection of teas.
The living room is furnished with comfy modern couches and a 55” flat-screen tv where you'll be able to enjoy Netflix, Peacock, Youtube and a full range of other smart tv apps. Challenge your friends to a game of checkers, chess or our other board games.
The main bathroom has the most amazing slate-tile luxury waterfall shower. Seriously, you have to try it for yourself!
We've got you covered! You'll be all setup with the important things: an iron, blow dryer, towels, and body soap. Also included is an indoor bike rack for up to 4 bikes. Upon arrival, you can stay organized with suitcase stands and hangers in every bedroom closet. Guests have access to laundry machines.
