This home has a gas fire place for winter guests, and central air conditioning for summer guests, a large fully equipped kitchen/family room with TV, seating at center island, full dining room, living room, one bedroom on the main floor with a twin bed and adjoining full bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The upstairs bedrooms have king, double futon couch and 2 single beds with an optional trundle. In the summer, there is a beautiful sunken garden in the back, and patio for barbecues and eating out. There is a cat that lives on premises. She comes and goes during the day but sleeps inside at night. The property is walking distance to Lake Harriet, award winning bakeries and restaurants, grocery stores, a library, bike trails, ski trails, public transportation.
