We are about 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to airports and major sporting venues.

Our home is a perfect choice for families and friends who want to spend quality time in a nice, clean, comfortable space. Perfect for lounging around the pool and enjoying all Texas has to offer!
If you are looking to host any type of party, this is not the place for you. Inquiries for parties will not be approved.
* This spacious home is newly renovated with bright kitchen, hand scraped hardwood floors, resort style pebble tech heated pool, and a full size office!
*3200 Sq feet of pure bliss
* Features two dining areas with plenty of seating for the entire family.
* Two super comfortable living areas with plenty of seating and games for a fun game night!
* All bedrooms are upstairs. -Day bed available downstairs in the office for 9th guest.
*Large backyard with grilling area - propane tank available (guests are responsible for refills and cleaning grill.
* Lit pool perfect for hot Texas summers!
*Two smart TV's available. One in living room and 2nd in master bedroom. We provide YouTubeTV service with access to all major channels. You will need to provide your own log in information for other apps such as Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, HBO Max, Prime, etc.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use entire property, backyard, pool, and two car garage.
Although our home is in a very safe neighborhood, we do have a security alarm and a Ring system at the front door as well as cameras around the outside perimeter of the house for safety. All external cameras. None inside the home.
Front entry key pad, as well as other key services at our home are connected to Wifi internet. We ask that it stays plugged in at all times during your stay.
Other things to note
Guest Verification
All guests must be invited to join the reservation via email form Airbnb reservation page. For your security and ours, we will only provide entry-alarm information to the person who has made the reservation. If anyone else is checking in, this needs to be made clear and approved prior to arrival. Identification is required.
Pool Heating Fees
- $100 per day to heat pool March 15 - September 30;
-$150 per day to heat pool October 1 - March 15. Separate charge is sent thru Airbnb app. Not included with regular booking fees.
Pool Light & Pool Equipment - to avoid having to call the repairman and additional charges to your bill please follow the following:
1. Pool light is super sensitive. It must be turned off before you call it a night. Please communicate with all guests not to touch the bulb in the pool to avoid water from going in. This repair is no less than $700 and can go up to $1500 depending on extent of damage done.
2. Polaris Vacuum. Please communicate with yoru guests not to play with the vacuum. One, it is very dangerous as it can injure someone, two, it is also very finicky and wheels can come off flying, hose can start squirting, etc. This repair can range anywhere from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on damage.
3. Pool Equipment. Please stay away from this area. Do not touch or alter pool timers, temp settings, etc. These repairs also vary anywhere from $750 - $3000.
How do we know? Because unfortunately it has already happened and guests were not happy at the repair bill when they saw it. Your vacation is already expensive enough. Please avoid adding more to your vacation cost by following and communicating with all your guests these simple tips.
