Prepare meals in your full kitchen and lounge and relax in the main room downstairs. Upstairs, stream shows on the 55" flat screen while on your comfy sectional. Do your work on the oak desk in the study niche with second story views to the beautiful high desert behind the house. Luxuriate in your spacious black slate bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower or rest/sleep on either of the queen beds or two twins. The guest house is attached to the main house on the opposite end of the building by sound-proof walls. We will be traveling during most/all of the rental window for the guest house, but there may be longer term renters in the main house on the opposite end of the building. The owners will let you know if that is the case.
