The beautiful “Camp Cohen” home is owned and loved by a brother and sister team that spare no expense at making it their family’s “peace”. It is tall, open, bright, and inviting. Melanie proudly decorates with such charm and heart, that you’ll feel the warmth as soon as you walk in!
Camp Cohen is on Mayfield Lake. It is on a private road with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is out in the “middle of nowhere”, yet only 7 minutes to nearest grocery. The sunrise and the sunsets are GORGEOUS! This house boasts beautiful mountain views from the deck , the living room , and the family room . There’s 126 feet of shoreline with two kayaks, a paddle boat, a canoe, and a fire pit to enjoy.
The deck is huge and gated. There are string deck lights around the whole deck to enjoy the warm summer nights outside. There’s also a gas grill, patio set with umbrella, and a comfortable seating area. The deck is tastefully decorated with gorgeous flowers and a large raised flower bed to enjoy during your visit.
On the lakeside of the house, just off of the deck, there’s a beautiful hot tub! Views, jets, and relaxation overload! What else is there to say about a fantastic hot tub!?
Mayfield Lake is a peaceful lake inhabited with an assortment of fresh water fish. There are no power boats on this lake, making it great for paddlers of all ages, and the dogs will love it too!
