Gorgeous 3 bedroom staycation spot with a beautiful view of private Pond. The property has a private 6 acres of land (all woods so free firewood ). Big Windows allows lots of Natural Lights into the rooms. On a Nice day lounge in the Hammock by the pond and a Snowy day throw some fire wood into the Fireplace and Enjoy a warm Cozy Winter day or Night. Big pool table for fun with friends and family .Camping is possible in the woods if interested. Kitchen is spacious with a separate coffee station, that can be turned into your work corner. The dining room has a solid wood table with 6 seats with additional 4 seating in the kitchen table. Living room will make you want to lounge all day with big windows ,lots of Sunlight, a 65' smart Tv , free wifi and a fireplace. The main bedroom has queen bed with a beautiful mirror on the dresser. You will have a beautiful view of the pond from the window. The next two bedroom have two full beds in them and one of them has the view of the pond as well. There is a spare mattress in the second living room in case needed for additional guest. Extra linen is available in the main bedroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower with basic amenity . The second bathroom has standup shower . All towels and linen are provided with Iron and Ironing board.
The backyard has a barn if needed to bring in fire wood . Hammock is available in the back entrance Closet if you would like to lounge outside. The property is about 6 acres so you can walk on your own private trail. On a nice evening you can see deers , wild ducks and other animals(not scary ones) by the pond. The front yard is elevated so if it snows you can use the snow board (it is in the barn) to slide your down the yard(please be careful however) .
The house is a short drive to Saratoga Springs/lake and is near to Mohawk River. Empire state Aerosciences Museum is about a few minutes of drive. The Schenectady County Historical Society is about 4 miles away if you wanted to indulge in the rich history of the city . The Plotter Kill Preserve is about 15 minutes drive for nice and refreshing hike. Maple Ski Ridge is just 17 minutes away for a Family Ski trip on a reasonable price.
