It can occupy up to 30 guests with numerous indoor and outdoor activities- 3 pickleball courts, a volleyball court, and basketball. 5 miles from the Field of Dreams Movie Site. Across the street is Rolling Knolls Golf Course.
The rate on weekends includes up to 20 people ($1200) and the weekday rate ($600) includes up to 10. If you want to book for more people than what is already included in the price, please let me know and we can work on pricing for that.
