Welcome To Lillybet's Landing!
The fully remodeled Lillybet's Landing is a lovely bayfront home built in 2010 and remodeled in 2018 with views of open water and gorgeous sunsets over Copano Bay year-round.
You will enjoy fishing from the 180-foot private fishing pier complete with a fish cleaning station. (Currently there is no water to the pier, repairs coming soon!)
Drive up to Lillybet’s Landing and park under the house on the concrete carport, where you’ll find a grill and chairs to sit out and watch boats pass by in the bay.
Walk upstairs to enter the home and find a beautifully furnished coastal-inspired living room with plenty of seating for everyone in the group. The sofa bed accommodates two. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV is perfectly suited for movie nights, and a ceiling fan keeps the air moving in the room.
The home features an open-concept floor plan, with the living area adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. You’ll enjoy a stunning bay view no matter where you are in this area! The dining room table and breakfast bar provide seating for eight. The modern kitchen with granite countertops has everything you need to prepare a few sandwiches to carry down to the fishing pier or an elaborate meal for eight. The kitchen comes with plenty of cabinet space along with a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and an ample supply of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.
Extend your living space by using the gorgeous balcony just outside the sliding glass doors. The balcony table and chairs are ideal for a meal. Or take advantage of the sunrise to catch up on your reading as you listen to the sounds of shorebirds overhead.
The primary bedroom features a fun tropical theme, a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, dual nightstands and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bath comes with a walk-in shower and a supply of fresh bath towels. You'll also find cheerful beach décor, a king-size bed, dual nightstands and a ceiling fan in the second bedroom. Perfect for the kids and decorated in soothing beach colors, the third bedroom comes with two twin beds and newly installed carpeting. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well as an ample supply of fresh towels.
When you need to refresh swimsuits or your supply of bath towels, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the home. There’s no need to pack dirty laundry for the trip home!

It covers more than 100,000 acres along San Antonio Bay, and you can easily spend an entire day spotting wildlife, fishing or even hiking a nature trail. The Fulton Mansion Historic Site is another must-see. Opened in the late 1800s, the historic home and lush gardens are open to visitors.
