The lower level features plenty of play space with game room (Brunswick professional billiard table, ping pong table, 14' shuffleboard table and dart board), exercise area (Cybex Arc Trainer, Technogym Wave Machine), home theatre (65" Flat Screen with Sonos sound bar) and a king bedroom with private bath. The cottage at the waters edge offers a great space for everyone after a day on the lake or quiet reflection at any time. A dream property offering an unmatched setting. Amenities include private dock, mooring available for renter's boat, 3 canoes, 2 paddle boards, chess table and Mason and Hamlin piano. Maid service is available for a fee but renters would have to vacate the house while maids are on site.
