Enjoy Diamond Beach's beautiful bay sunset views from the covered front porch and still be close to the ocean on this narrow portion of the island. Relax on the comfortable rear deck on a quiet, dead end street.
The updated kitchen features gas cooktop and pots/pans/dishes, etc. Large living area is comfortably furnished around a flat screen TV. Dining area has seating for 6. Sliding glass door lets in sunlight and opens on to the back deck.
Large master bedroom has a king size bed with TV and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The third floor open loft bedroom (with 2 half walls) has a queen size bed and AC booster. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan. New stacked washer/dryer 2023. PLEASE NOTE: this 3-story unit has 3 sets of interior stairs. If stairs are an issue for you, please make this consideration.
Home is equipped with Xfinity cable and we have password protected Wi-Fi for all of your devices.
This spotless townhouse is a quiet and relaxing getaway just 4 blocks from the beach (see aerial photo) where in-season The Club at Diamond Beach is open with food trucks, bar and restrooms (theclubatdiamondbeach.com). Also located just minutes from major attractions of Wildwood and Cape May, any coastal activity you would want is close by. Just across the street is Harbor Light Golf where you can play mini golf, rent bicycles or enjoy some ice cream in season- there's so much to do in Diamond Beach! Rental includes use of (6) tags to the private beach club at the end of our street.
Other Activities: Wildwood Boardwalk, Water Parks, Boating/Water Sports, Cape May Shopping and Dining, Cape May Lewes Ferry to Rehoboth Beach/Shopping Outlets, Free Cape May Zoo, various local wineries and breweries.
*Tenants will need to bring sheets, towels, toiletries and groceries. Professional cleaning will be completed shortly after your departure.
We do NOT allow pets, so please do not inquire about bringing a pet. Thank you.

Owners have a pet that will stay on occasion at the premises which may or may not be within (2) weeks of a rental period. Pet is limited to the main floor area and unit is professionally cleaned after each stay.
Unit has (2) exterior security cameras @ the front door facing towards the parking spots and @ the back deck (facing towards the back gate). There are no cameras inside the unit or facing inside the unit at any time.
