Beautiful river views, ski hill views, groomed walking trails on our property, ATV trails, great fishing with beautiful boat landing right in the subdivision, snowmobile/ATV trails plus we have room for trailers to park and ride right onto the trails from our driveway. Private entrance into our lower level with 10 stairs into a 14x24 beautifully furnished studio suite with heated floors, a queen size bed with under bed storage and 2 closets, dining room table, coffee bar, fully furnished galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven. Norway springs water cooler with water from our fresh local spring, full office desk with wifi, full size bathroom with shower & tub, large living room with couch, 2 chairs, electric fireplace and 50” TV and wifi, DVR. King size sleep number bed off living room. 2 glass sliding doors onto lighted. Covered beautiful patio furnished with oversized firepit with wood and campfire stakes to make your s’mores. Wide open expansive views into nature with plenty of wildlife. We welcome short term and long term guests.
