Solar powered and sunlight filled, the Cottage is a quiet getaway in a bucolic setting only an hour from Saratoga Springs or fishing in the Catskill Mountains. A well appointed 24 foot by 24 foot structure, it’s not a Tiny House, but it is cozy. There’s a Queen size bed and a single fold-out on the main floor, and a sleeping loft that accommodates two children or one adult.
