Summary: Everyone was nice except the way the bed was made - looked more like someone had slept in it Pillowcases and lighter cover were very wrinkled and not tucked in. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. $50 charge for dog was too much in my opinion. Other area hotels only charged a $25 refundable deposit. TV Channels were hard to figure out. Other than that - nice stay
