Summary: The room was clean and the staff polite, but not exceptionally welcoming. We booked a two night stay, and left the first morning to take care of business. Upon arrival back in early evening of that night, our keys did not work. Back down to the front desk, where we were told a maid had been in our room and told the desk attendant we had checked out and left all our things. He didn’t look happy with us. When I asked him to recheck our reservation he agreed we were indeed scheduled for a two night stay. No apology, just rekeyed our room. The next morning there was a knock on our door. After checking the peephole and seeing a housekeeper, I unlocked and opened the door. She was gone. Where she could have gone in that short time, I have no idea. She did not answer when I called to her. The two incidents were disconcerting, and although the room was comfortable, happy hour was relaxing, I’m not sure we will return.
