The 2 beds in the lower level with NOT be made up upon arrival. We will leave sheets and pillows for these two beds. The cushions will need to be put together to form the queen size beds. We will have directions on how to do this in our welcome book.

- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.

- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
